It's full blown "off-season" or "improvement season" up in here! With that in mind and to keep me on track, I thought I would share my goals for the month of December with you. Nothing like accountability to keep you on the straight & narrow :)
1) Drink at least a gallon of water daily
2) Take my vitamins!
3) Log 6-10 miles from running each week
4) Weight training at least 3 times a week
5) Be in bed by 9:00 pm at the latest during the week
6) Eat the food I take to work and stop eating out!

ReplyDeleteI've been staying up W-A-Y too late which makes it more difficult to get up for early morning cardio...I'm going to do better!!
